13 Aug Hutch CF seeks board, committee volunteers
For individuals with a desire to volunteer paired with a love of Reno County, Hutchinson Community Foundation offers opportunities to serve.
The community foundation seeks volunteers for the following:
- Board of directors
- Youth Philanthropy Council
- Standing committees
The board of directors and various standing committees meet monthly or every other month throughout the year to provide expertise and guidance to the organization and its initiatives.
The Youth Philanthropy Council is made up of Reno County high school students who learn about the community while working alongside each other to evaluate project proposals and award $5,000 in grants to youth-serving organizations. The council meets in the fall and winter.
Service Profile Forms for all volunteer opportunities are accepted year-round and may be completed here.
- The annual deadline to submit a profile form for the board of directors or standing committees is Sept. 1.
- To be considered for the 2025-2026 Youth Philanthropy Council, forms should be submitted by Sept. 19.
