The Fund for Reno County of Hutchinson Community Foundation is proud to support impactful projects like the City of Turon’s Community Building.

What They’re Achieving

Through their project, the City is making repairs to the entrance and some windows of this 116 year old building, which still serves a variety of functions within the community, including as their city office and library.

The Fund for Reno County was pleased to provide $7,500 to support this initiative through the Strong Organizations grant program of the 2025 Impact Cycle 1.

Investing in Reno County’s Future: This project helps maintain a community gathering place for Turon and their larger region, ensuring this historic space will be available for another generation.
