Community Connect Luncheon: On the Soul of the Community

January 11, 2018 @ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm

Free

Where: Hutchinson Community Foundation, 5th floor | 1 N. Main St. Hutchinson, KS 67501

Contact: Kari Mailloux | (620) 663-5293

In an effort to inspire innovative leadership and cultivate conversations that lead to collaboration, Hutchinson Community Foundation hosts a Community Connect Luncheon series for nonprofit staff and board members, as well as interested members of the larger community.

We will watch a TED Talk with ideas around a shared community challenge and then use the World Cafe model to engage in conversations about our local perspectives on the topic. A light lunch will be provided. Please RSVP in advance.

On January 11 from 11:30am-1:00pm, we will explore the challenge of creating loved places with strong attachment and local economic growth. What matters most in building a community of attached residents? When we live in a time where people can choose to live anywhere, what would make them choose Reno County?

Please join us for this lunch, video, and conversation to process our shared community challenge.

We are at capacity for this luncheon. Please contact kari@hutchcf.org to be placed on the wait list in case a spot opens up.
