Changemakers at Work Summit: Connected, Resilient, & Thriving

August 26, 2022 @ 8:00 am - 11:30 am

WHERE: Cosmosphere, 1100 N. Plum St., Hutchinson

Just like you, Hutchinson Community Foundation is passionate about making a difference in Hutchinson and Reno County for the long-term. We’ve been working for more than 30 years to bring changemakers together around our most pressing challenges and dynamic opportunities, inspiring philanthropy, collaboration, and innovative leadership to strengthen Reno County communities.

On Friday, August 26, Hutch CF is pleased to invite staff, board members, and volunteers of community-based organizations serving Reno County to the Changemakers at Work Summit: Connected, Resilient, Thriving. Join your community of co-workers for shared learning, meaningful connection, and recognition of the progress and growth we are making collectively toward an even better future for all Reno County residents.

Our keynote workshop will feature philanthropic advisor Kathryn W. Miree with a two-hour session on “How to Become an Expert in the Conversation of Philanthropy.” The workshop will equip attendees with current philanthropic trends and data, share language and approaches to use when engaging donors, and include participants in interactive role-play to put the principles into practice.

A healthy breakfast will be provided to start our morning together, and, in addition to the workshop, we will engage in activities that drive connection, leverage resources, and celebrate the changemakers at work in our community every day.

Participants will have a chance to leave with prizes that spur further connected, resilient, and thriving organizations, including unrestricted grants, coffee shop gift cards, and a retreat at an inspiring location in Reno County.

Registration is required in advance by filling out the form below. The Summit is free and open to the public.

Please contact Kari Mailloux, director of strategic initiatives, with any questions: kari@hutchcf.org, 620.663.5293.
