Donor Portal

As a fundholder of Hutchinson Community Foundation, you can access your fund information online through our Donor Portal. Within the portal, you can easily check your fund balance, view and download fund statements, and request and track grants.

The Donor Portal makes it easy to manage your fund and is available 24/7 from anywhere on any device.

How To Access

 

Establish your password

You will receive an email from sender “no-reply@fcsuite.com.” You will notice “Hutchinson Community Foundation” referenced in the email’s subject line. Follow the instructions to create a password for your account. Take note of your username and password as you complete this process.

Access the system

To access the portal at any time, simply go to www.hutchcf.org and click the green “Donor Login” button in the upper right corner of the homepage. Enter your username and password, and then select the fund you’d like to review.

Use the system

The main screen provides an at-a-glance list of recent contributions received into the account and recent grants paid out of the account. You will also see the current balance, updated in real-time, and the current fund advisors will be indicated just below the balance. Note that each person listed will have similar access to the Donor Portal. For assistance on using the portal, see the Donor Portal User Guide.

Frequently Asked Questions

 

I haven’t received the auto-generated email for the new Fund Advisor Portal yet. What should I do?

It could take an entire day for the system to fully process each custom URL and send the autogenerated email. Check your Spam or Junk folder for an email from no-reply@fcsuite.com. If it hasn’t arrived within a few days, please contact us.

The URL only worked the first time. How do I return to the portal?

The custom URL inside the auto-generated email was only provided to establish your password. To access the portal, go to www.hutchcf.org and click on the green Donor Login button at the top right corner of the homepage. This will take you to the login screen where you will enter your username and password.

I’ve lost my password. What should I do?

The Donor Portal does not save passwords. You can reset your password on the Donor Portal login page by clicking on the “Forgot Password?” link.
