Hutchinson Community Foundation invites area nonprofit organizations to participate in Match Day 2024.

Match Day is an opportunity for nonprofit endowments at the community foundation to grow exponentially, as the foundation will match individual gifts from a pool of $100,000. This year’s event will be in person from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. May 1 at the Wiley Building, 100 N. Main St., in Hutchinson, and online at hutchcf.org.

All 501(c)(3) organizations, schools, churches, and governmental entities that have endowed funds at Hutchinson Community Foundation may participate by completing the mandatory Participation Agreement at hutchcf.org. Deadline to submit an agreement is Feb. 13.

Those 501(c)(3) organizations that establish an endowed fund with Hutchinson Community Foundation with a $10,000 minimum before Feb. 13 may also choose to participate. Please contact Aubrey Abbott Patterson at (620) 663-5293 if you would like to establish an endowed fund.

On Match Day 2020, more than $500,000 were raised from 949 donors for 34 nonprofit endowments.

Hutchinson Community Foundation’s mission is to inspire philanthropy, leadership and collaboration to strengthen Reno County. Since 1989, the foundation has granted more than $104 million.
