Hutchinson Community Foundation announces new board members

 

Hutchinson Community Foundation welcomes Kimberley Kincaid-Warner, Jay Schrock and Abby Stockebrand to its board of directors.

Kimberley Kincaid-Warner is CEO of Kincaid Equipment Manufacturing, Haven, and Seed Research Equipment Sales, South Hutchinson.

She has served on the Hutchinson/Reno County Chamber of Commerce board and is a current member of the Haven Economic Development Committee.

Kincaid-Warner graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in textiles.

She and her husband, Todd, have four children.

Jay Schrock grew up on a farm near Yoder. In 1960, he went to work for Woodwork Manufacturing and Supply as a truck driver, progressing through various roles until 1973 when he became general manager of the Woodwork Division. In 1983, he purchased Woodwork Manufacturing and Supply, becoming president. He retired in 2016 after 56 years with the company.

Schrock has served on various community boards, including his church, Mennonite Friendship Communities, the Cosmosphere governing and foundation boards, Interfaith Housing & Community Services, Hutchinson/Reno County Chamber of Commerce, TECH Inc. operations and foundation boards, Central State Bank & Trust advisory board, National Building Distributor’s Association, State Homebuilders Association and World Millwork Alliance.

He and his wife, Connie, and have two adult children.

Abby Stockebrand has been a part of the Hutchinson community for the past 10 years.

After graduating from Kansas State University, Abby and her husband, Derek, moved to Hutchinson for job opportunities and quickly became involved in the community. She has served on the boards and committees of the Young Professionals of Reno County, Trinity United Methodist Church, Hutchinson Community Foundation, Reno County Entrepreneurship Task Force, Hutchinson/Reno County Chamber of Commerce, South Central Kansas Economic Development District and TECH Foundation.

Abby has held positions at the Hutchinson/Reno County Chamber of Commerce as the economic development manager, strategic initiatives manager at IdeaTek, and now serves as a human resources business partner at PrairieLand Partners. In 2016, Abby was recognized in The Hutchinson News “Top 10 Under 40” designation.

Abby and Derek have two children.
