Grants at Work: Reno County Health Department murals

Brady Scott can’t say for sure how many hours he’s spent painting the murals inside the Reno County Health Department. But in his free time over the past month, his paint brushes have been coaxing forth images of Reno County and its people on two displays inside the public health building. The murals were funded in part by a $2,500 Make It Greater grant aimed at making the building more inviting to the roughly 100 to 200 individuals it serves daily.
