WHERE: Hutchinson Community Foundation, First National Center, 1 N. Main St., Ste. 501
Alumni of Leadership Reno County and Kansas Leadership Center are invited to sign up to participate in one day of peer consultations to help you make progress on your adaptive challenges.
The purpose of peer consultations is to give and receive feedback on our unique adaptive challenges while practicing the KLC ideas in a controlled setting. Many alumni will have participated in peer consultations through KLC Programs and LRC, and we will follow the same format of 45 minute sessions in groups of 5. Resource used:
Peer Consultation Packet.
All participants will be expected to both share an adaptive challenge and consult on others’ challenges in their group. Remember that anything you hear or say in a peer consultation is confidential and will not leave the room.
Peer consultation groups may be assigned to different locations around Downtown once they are formed, depending on the number of groups.
