Learning Community: Running Effective Meetings

Hutchinson Community Foundation hosts a bi-monthly Learning Community series open to nonprofit staff, board members, and volunteers to exchange ideas, strengthen relationships, and inspire innovation on key aspects of organizational effectiveness.

On Friday, February 28, from 8-9:30 a.m., we will explore how to run effective meetings. For many in the nonprofit sector, meetings are a part of our daily work life. But with so many demands for our time, meetings must be structured to be productive and efficient. What are the qualities of an effective meeting? From the agenda to the length of meeting to the environment, participants will share their experience with the topic and illuminate best practices and practical tips through a series of small group and large group conversations.

Coffee and a light breakfast will be provided.
