Hutchinson Community Foundation staff members, along with representatives from other Reno County organizations, recently completed leadership seminars at the Kansas Leadership Center in Wichita.

Staff participated in one of three multi-day programs throughout 2019 focused on leadership as an activity and on implementing KLC’s guiding framework for addressing today’s adaptive challenges.

Sarah Blake, program associate; Amy Crockett, accounting and operations manager; Kourtney Krehbiel, donor services associate; Kari Mailloux, program officer; Aubrey Abbott Patterson, president and CEO; Wendy Skellenger, communications officer; and Dell Marie Shanahan Swearer, chief operating officer attended programs correspondent with their level of KLC experience.

Participation in the seminars was funded by the Kansas Leadership Center’s Transformation Grant, which the foundation administers on behalf of the community.
