As part of Hutchinson Community Foundation’s Community Connect series to inspire innovative leadership and collaboration, we invite nonprofit staff to a Speed Mentoring event on Thursday, Oct. 17, from 3:30 to 5 p.m. in our Collaboration Corner.
This is a valuable opportunity to meet or further the connection with nonprofit professionals across sectors in Reno County. In a concept similar to speed dating, half of the attendees stay seated at tables, while the other half rotates every five minutes. Depending on the size of the group, we may do some large group and small group connection, as well.
We believe everyone at every level of experience has something to contribute, so we won’t label anyone officially as a mentor or mentee. The goal is to start conversations or spark relationships that should be continued and pursued beyond the event.
Come to make connections, ask questions, and share ideas.
Drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and light appetizers will be provided.
